During the use of air-cooled chillers, some situations are unpredictable. For example, when the water flow of the chiller is insufficient, it will directly affect the normal operation and cooling effect of the chiller, and it will also prevent the equipment being cooled from being effectively cooled.

Reasons for insufficient water flow:

1. The cooling water in the water tank of the chiller is insufficient. Simply add cooling water to the normal water level.

2. There are impurities in the water pump. It is recommended to clean the water pump regularly to ensure that the inside of the water pump is clean.

3. The water pump selection is too small, resulting in insufficient pump head and flow. It is recommended to replace the water pump with a suitable model.

4. The water pump has been used for too long, resulting in wear of the water pump rotor and aging of the water pump. If this happens, the water pump needs to be replaced with a new one.

When the water flow of the industrial chiller is insufficient, please carefully check the cause of the insufficient water flow and take effective solutions. If the fault is serious, please contact the chiller factory. Do not disassemble and repair without authorization, which may cause the fault to worsen.
