This scaffold is made far better then any other auditorium Scaffold. I have 34 foot, and can get more sections if I ever need to go higher. The safety is the best I have seen. I am now booking more auditoriums, churches, gyms, etc. and saving tons of money on rentals. The platform is sturdier than the previous design. The engineering behind it sold me. So I bought an 18’ tower kit from Tractor Supply about a month ago. Been using it daily ever since. Very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend Scaffoldmart’s Baker platform. The products are packaged very well (reminds me of Apple’s product packaging), easy to put together, and to take apart. Powder coating is thick, bolts are galvanized. I did have an issue during the initial unboxing, and a call to Scaffoldmart resolved the problem quickly (my package was missing some knobs.. but it did have extra nuts, so I was able to use this immediately). Customer service is excellent. I am throughly impressed with the product, and the experience I just had dealing with a customer service inquiry. Awesome.The product had some very minor damage to one part. I took some photos, and emailed the support team to ask if it was possible to fix. I received a call within the hour from an incredibly helpful person who shared their thoughts, and recommended that they simply ship me a replacement part.I've had this product for 2 days and this organization has already gone above and beyond any expectation I had, and I'm incredibly grateful for their responsiveness and willingness to help me.As for the scaffold, it is exactly what I need to start dealing with a drywall issue in my garage that I've been staring at for a year. Now I can safely get moving on it. I can also tackle the other minor projects (like the ceiling power outlet covers that are missing) in the other parts of the outbuilding. Utility scaffold being married to a 71 yr. old whom has concerns for safety and foot problems. I ordered because he wanted a more secure method when standing at different heights that a standard ladder just didn't give security or handrail to hold onto and the platform was made of pretty sturdy metal.Easily folds for storage too,very impressed!!
