Bale opening
To process opened natural and synthetic fiber bales, the standard bale opener with 1,500 mm working width is used. The feed apron can be adjusted to the dimensions of the production facility. This newly designed component is part of the modular system for fiber opening (see highlights).
High-performance bale openers are available for high-performance applications based on natural and synthetic fibers. An automatic bale feeding system to accommodate a bale lay-down of up to ten bales is optional.

Weighing systems

Bale Opener
Reciprocating bale plucker opener machine in Spinning line can be placed in two sides.
The machine can pluck 1 to 3 group bale with different height and density.

It is designed with two plucking rollers and two detecting rollers.
With different working width of milling there are 17, 23 plucking knives and 102,138 tips on each plucking roller; while plucking roller revolving, it make even distributed plucking line. The position of knife tip and flap can be adjusted to meet every requirement. Automatic plucking controlled by microcomputer.
FA008 with 2200mm width, 60m length even accommodates up to 200 bales. The production rate up to 1200kgs per hour, this allow operation 60hours.
